These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the consulting services provided by Bukend Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging with our services or website, you agree to these legally binding terms in full. These terms are in compliance with applicable international and Indian regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Scope of Service

Our consulting services cover business transformation, supply chain strategy, procurement advisory, CRM implementation, and strategic market research. All recommendations are based on industry best practices and data-driven analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as implementation and external variables remain client responsibilities.

2. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All information exchanged between the client and Bukend Consulting is treated as strictly confidential. Any strategies, reports, tools, and frameworks developed for the client remain the intellectual property of Bukend Consulting unless otherwise agreed in a formal contract. Clients are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or modifying our materials without written consent.

3. Compliance with Legal & Regulatory Standards

We operate in full compliance with global data protection standards (GDPR, ISO 27001) and adhere strictly to India’s DPDP Act, 2023. Any data collected is processed lawfully, securely stored, and used solely for the purposes agreed upon with the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring lawful access to any third-party data shared with us.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bukend Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services rendered as defined in the agreement between both parties.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

6. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for violations of these Terms or for non-compliance with payment terms.
